back to topWhen you visit Rhodes make sure that you don’t just spend your days soaking up the sun on one of the many golden sandy beaches, there’s just so much to see it would be a shame to come to this Island and not take in everything that it has to offer. Although the sun does shine here more than most of the other Greek Islands do not use this as an excuse not to visit historic sights such as the cropolis, or the cobbled streets of Rhodes town where you can even get a spot of shopping in at some of the exclusive boutiques.
Once the sun sets the choice is yours, sip ouzo in a beach-side taverna or head for one of the livelier resorts, which will stay open until dawn.
Eating Out
There are lots of places to choose from when it comes to eating out, with so many tavernas and restaurants competing prices are pretty good. All types of food is on offer from traditional English foods to traditional Greek, and Pizza a firm favourite here in Rhodes.
